LOCKED IN COMMAND LLC (“LOCKED IN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you when you visit lockedincommand.com, submit an Early Access application, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with LOCKED IN services that link to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide to Us
When you submit an Early Access application or otherwise contact LOCKED IN, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Telephone number, if provided
- Organization or program name, if provided
- Team name
- Age division
- City, state, and country
- Approximate number of players and coaches
- Current team communication method
- How you heard about LOCKED IN
- Information about your team or coaching experience that you choose to provide
- Areas in which you would like to improve team communication
- Your interest in beta testing, product demonstrations, founding-coach opportunities, or purchasing LOCKED IN when available
- Communications you send to us
We may also record the date and time when an Early Access applicant acknowledges that they are an adult coach, team representative, parent or guardian, or other authorized adult.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, our website hosting, security, and infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical information necessary to deliver, secure, and operate the website.
Depending on the service and request, this may include information such as:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Browser and device information
- Requested pages or URLs
- Date and time of requests
- Basic server, security, and diagnostic information
LOCKED IN does not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral advertising technologies on the website.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through the website and Early Access program to:
- Receive and review Early Access applications
- Determine interest in LOCKED IN products and programs
- Communicate with applicants
- Send application confirmations and related communications
- Contact selected applicants regarding testing, demonstrations, launch opportunities, or other LOCKED IN programs in which they expressed interest
- Understand how coaches and teams currently communicate
- Understand the types and sizes of teams interested in LOCKED IN
- Improve the website, application, features, and user experience
- Test and troubleshoot our systems
- Protect the security and integrity of our website and services
- Detect or prevent spam, abuse, fraudulent submissions, or misuse
- Maintain appropriate business and operational records
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights
We do not currently collect payment or billing information through the LOCKED IN website.
3. Youth and Player Privacy
LOCKED IN is designed for use in the youth, high-school, collegiate, adult, and other softball environments. Because teams may include children and teenagers, protecting player information is particularly important to us.
The LOCKED IN Early Access application is intended to be submitted by an adult coach, team representative, parent or guardian, or other authorized adult.
We do not ask Early Access applicants to provide personal information about individual youth players.
Applicants should not submit unnecessary personal information about individual players, including:
- Player names
- Personal contact information
- Medical or health information
- School information
- Home addresses
- Other information that identifies an individual child when that information is not specifically requested by LOCKED IN
Team-level information, such as an age division or approximate number of players, may be requested without requiring the identity of individual players.
Our website and Early Access application are not intended as a means for children under 13 to submit personal information directly to LOCKED IN.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to LOCKED IN without appropriate authorization, please contact us at support@lockedincommand.com so that we can review the situation and take appropriate action, including deletion where appropriate.
4. How We Share Information
LOCKED IN does not sell personal information.
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our website and Early Access program. These providers process information on our behalf or as necessary to provide their services.
Our current service providers include infrastructure used for:
- Website hosting and deployment
- Database hosting and storage
- Transactional email delivery
- Domain, networking, and website-security services
For example, Early Access application information is stored using Supabase, and application-related emails are delivered using Resend.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may also process technical information required to serve and secure the website.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or other lawful process
- Respond to lawful requests from government authorities
- Protect the rights, property, safety, or security of LOCKED IN, our users, or others
- Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of applicable terms
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
If LOCKED IN is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

If you submit an Early Access application, we may use your email address to confirm receipt of your application and communicate with you about your application or LOCKED IN opportunities in which you expressed interest.
Transactional and application-related email may be processed through our email service providers.
We do not ask applicants to send sensitive player information through email.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including reviewing Early Access applications, communicating with applicants, operating and improving LOCKED IN, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving disputes, protecting our systems, and complying with applicable legal obligations.
Different types of information may be retained for different periods depending on why the information was collected and whether continued retention is reasonably necessary.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
For example, access to the Early Access database is restricted through server-side credentials and database security controls rather than permitting unrestricted public database access.
However, no website, database, email system, network transmission, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Requests
You may contact LOCKED IN to:
- Ask what personal information you have provided to us
- Request correction of inaccurate information

We also do not currently use information collected through the Early Access application for targeted advertising.
Our hosting, security, networking, and infrastructure providers may use necessary technical mechanisms or process request information in order to provide, secure, diagnose, and operate their services.
If we later introduce analytics, advertising technologies, or other tracking practices that materially change how personal information is collected or used, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.
10. Sale of Personal Information
LOCKED IN does not currently sell personal information.
LOCKED IN also does not currently sell personal information about children or youth players.
If our practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.
11. Sensitive Information
Please do not provide sensitive personal information through the Early Access application unless LOCKED IN specifically requests that information and explains why it is needed.
In particular, do not use the Early Access form to provide medical information, government identification numbers, financial account information, passwords, or sensitive information concerning individual players.
12. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
LOCKED IN does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties. Information you provide directly to another website or service is governed by that party's privacy practices and policies.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing personal information to them.
13. International Processing
LOCKED IN and its service providers may process or store information using systems located in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
As a result, information may be processed in jurisdictions with privacy laws that differ from those where you live.
Where required, we will handle such information in accordance with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as LOCKED IN develops, our services change, or legal requirements evolve.
